About Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Center, Chandigarh

Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Centre is a joint venture between Rotary Club of Chandigarh and Blood Bank Society, Chandigarh. Rotary Blood Bank aims to meet the requirement of precious blood by organizing voluntary blood donation camps at education institutes, corporate offices and many other organizations.

On an average, every open heart surgery requires about 6 units of blood.
