Knowledge of Inventory, and Billing operations. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Perform Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing & Billing operations Generate Purchase Orders Assist with reviewing of expenses etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Assist senior accountants in the preparation of weekly/monthly / yearly reports & closings Qualifications: Minimum 2 Years of Proven experience as a junior accountant Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant Accounting software (Tally ERP, Prime etc) B.Com, Graduation with A/c /Finance or relevant field Immediate Joiner Prefered Skills Required: Being accurate with numbers and having good quantitative skills Ability to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills to work in agile environments Solid understanding of accounting software and basic accounting principles Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounts & Billing: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person
