S. Tarwinder Singh, Managing Director “CHAIN OF DIPS INSTITUTIONS”, was born at Dhilwan on 24 March, 1971. He had his school education at Jalandhar and Chandigarh, and graduated from DAV College Jalandhar.

With his progressive outlook and futuristic vision, he took a plunge into education sector in the year 1995.
