2. Deal Accuracy & Authenticity
The business must ensure all prices, descriptions, offers, and barter conditions are true and updated. No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims are made. DealsBarter.com may request additional verification documents to confirm authenticity.
3. Content Ownership
The business retains full ownership of all posted content (text, images, videos). By posting a deal, the business grants DealsBarter.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, promote, and redistribute the deal on the platform and social media pages.
4. Prohibited Content
Businesses cannot post deals involving illegal services or products, adult/explicit content, weapons, drugs, or restricted goods, fake offers or scams, or services violating local regulations. DealsBarter.com reserves the right to remove such deals without notice.
5. Fair Barter Practice
Businesses must honour accepted barter deals, avoid cancellation after final confirmation, provide genuine deliverables, and maintain quality as mentioned in the listing. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
6. Deal Expiry & Removal
Deals may expire automatically after 30 days or per the plan limits. DealsBarter.com may remove or suspend deals that receive multiple negative complaints, contain prohibited content, or seem misleading or harmful to users.
7. Responsibility for Transactions
DealsBarter.com acts as a listing & connection platform only. All transactions, barter exchanges, negotiations, fulfilments, and disputes are solely between Business (Poster) and Customer / Other Party. DealsBarter.com is not liable for deal performance, payments, quality of exchange, or delivery timelines.
8. Ratings & Reviews
Users may leave reviews based on actual experience. DealsBarter.com may remove abusive or fraudulent reviews but does not guarantee review moderation.
9. Suspension or Termination
DealsBarter.com may disable accounts that repeatedly post false information, engage in fraud or misuse, harass users, or violate policies or legal guidelines.

COMPREHENSIVE POLICIES & LEGAL TERMS
1. Terms & Conditions for Posted Deals
By submitting any deal, offer, or listing, the Business warrants that all information is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy rights, or contractual obligations. DealsBarter.com reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or remove any Deal without prior notice if it violates Platform rules, legal provisions, or community standards.
Users shall not upload misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or prohibited content. All barter transactions conducted between Users are independent contracts. The Platform is not a party to any barter deal and bears no liability for disputes, quality defects, non-delivery, or incomplete commitments.
2. Privacy Policy
The Platform collects personal information such as name, phone number, email, business documents, and transaction data for identity verification, communication, analytics, and service enhancement. User information is processed lawfully and stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Personal data shall not be sold, rented, or traded.
3. Data Retention Policy

Active User data is retained while the account remains active. All content posted by Users must be original or used with permission. By uploading content, Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote the listing.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is a listing and discovery service and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any barter transaction. Users agree to conduct due diligence before entering any barter arrangement. The Platform shall not be liable for loss of profits or revenue, business interruptions, misinformation provided by Users, or failure of Users to complete their barter commitments.
9. User Responsibilities
Users shall maintain updated profile information and act in good faith while engaging in transactions. Users must respond promptly to inquiries, deal confirmations, or dispute investigations. Users must avoid spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messaging on the Platform.
10. Amendments & Enforcement
The Platform reserves the right to amend these policies at any time with or without prior notification. Continued use of the Portal shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
