Shree Vivekanand Swarg Ashram Trust, Model Town Extension maintains a beautiful campus for the last journey of the dear departed in Ludhiana. Mr. Ram Parkash Bharti, Sarprasat of Shri Vivekanand Swarag Ashram Trust, that runs the ashram, says they are also running an eye hospital and a cremation ground. The ashram started in 1991 with five rooms and four inmates. At present, it has 35 rooms and 60 inmates. Our Common Platform to provide meditation is Indian Federation of Spirtual Scientist (IFSS). Shree Vivekanand Swarg Ashram Trust, Ludhiana feels in apprising the residents of Ludhiana and other places of the fact that an OLD AGE HOME has been established and is operating for the last 16 years in which the aged people, above 60, are admitted irrespective of the caste, creed or sex. They are provided boarding & lodging, clothing & medical treatment, free of cost.
