We derive our inspiration from the Lord Jesus Christ who loves children and we fully believe in the commandment given by Him, ‘Love thy neighbour as thyself’. On this, the motto of our School ‘Amor Vincit Omnia’ is based. Mount Carmel School was founded by Dr. Earnest Charles J. Samuel & Dr. Annie Charles Samuel in April 1987 The school is Recognized by the Department of Education U.T., Chandigarh and is Affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), Delhi. The school has well qualified, experienced and dedicated teachers and boasts of excellent results in the All India Secondary School Examination conducted by the C.B.S.E. Besides laying emphasis on Academic Excellence the students are encouraged to participate in various co – scholastic activities, so as to develop their Thinking Skills, Social Skills, Emotional Skills, Literary and Creative Skills, their skills in Performing Arts & Fine Arts.
