The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling capabilities, and a solid understanding of project requirements in the IT/software field. Key Responsibilities: Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. Analyze and understand project requirements to submit accurate bids. Respond to initial inquiries from potential clients and manage communications effectively. Follow up with clients to increase bid conversion rate. Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and proposal creation. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with clients effectively. Basic understanding of IT/software development (no need to be a pro, but must know enough to discuss client requirements and answer basic questions).
