We are looking for a highly experienced candidate, and applications without this requirement will not be considered. We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder with at least 3 years of proven experience bidding on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling capabilities, and a solid understanding of project requirements in the IT/software field. Key Responsibilities: Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. Analyze and understand project requirements to submit accurate bids. Respond to initial inquiries from potential clients and manage communications effectively. Follow up with clients to increase bid conversion rate. Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and proposal creation. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with clients effectively. Basic understanding of IT/software development (no need to be a pro, but must know enough to discuss client requirements and answer basic questions). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: upwork/freelancer bidding: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person.
