Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough audits and support audit teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. Assist in tax compliance and planning, including preparing tax returns and conducting reviews. Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial reporting. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance. 2-4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably within a large or multinational firm. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
