KPMG India is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting clients across various industries. You will have the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in the field, providing innovative financial solutions, conducting audits, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate policies, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Collaborate with audit teams for internal and external audits. Provide insights into cost control and financial planning for clients. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Qualifications: CA/CPA qualification or relevant degree in Accounting/Finance. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with a reputed firm. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and international accounting standards. Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
