Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal and external audits, collaborating with audit teams to deliver quality assurance. Assist in tax compliance and planning activities, including the preparation of tax returns and assessments. Provide clients with insightful financial analysis and recommendations for improving financial performance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably within a reputable firm. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting regulations and tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
