Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with audit teams to conduct thorough internal and external audits. Assist in tax compliance and planning, including preparing tax returns and conducting assessments. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to clients for improving operational efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and accounting practices. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably with a reputable firm. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and accounting regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
