Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably in a reputable firm. Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
