Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with audit teams to conduct thorough internal and external audits. Assist in tax planning and compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and assessments. Provide clients with valuable financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably in a reputable firm. Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
