In this role, you will be integral in providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse range of clients. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare accurate financial reports, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with audit teams to conduct thorough internal and external audits. Assist in tax compliance and planning, including the preparation of tax returns and assessments. Provide clients with valuable financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably within a reputable firm. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and accounting regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
